Ingredients:

  • 1  Specially Selected  French Baguette
  • 1 tablespoon  Carlini  100% Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 8 ounces  Happy Farms  Cream Cheese
  • 4 ounces Emporium Selection  Plain Goat Cheese Log
  • ½ cup fresh fruit of your choice:   sliced strawberries | blueberries | sliced pineapples | sliced mango | sliced kiwifruit  
  • 2 tablespoons  Simply Nature  Organic Wildflower Honey
  • 4 basil leaves, sliced

Directions:

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice baguette into ½-inch round pieces and brush with oil. Grill bread about 20 seconds per side or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, cream together lemon juice, lemon zest, cream cheese and goat cheese.
  4. Spread cheese on baguette slices. Top with fruit, then drizzle with honey. Sprinkle basil on top to serve.
