Paprika Cauliflower

Great for a side dish or tapas dish.

Prep Time:  10  minutes   |    Cook Time:  15 minutes   |    Total Time:  25 minutes   |    Servings:  10

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons  Carlini  Pure Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons  Stonemill  Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Stonemill  Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon  Stonemill  Ground Cumin
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons  Stonemill  Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Stonemill  Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475°.  
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, onion, garlic and oil. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining dry spices. Sprinkle the spices on the cauliflower, toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes.

TIP: For crispy cauliflower, broil under high heat for 5 minutes.
