Simply Nature Garden Bean Salad
This protein-packed salad is easy to prepare and loaded with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 15.5 ounces Simply Nature Organic Kidney Beans* or Dakota's Pride Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 15.5 ounces Simply Nature Organic Garbanzo Beans* or Dakota's Pride Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
- 15.5 ounces Simply Nature Organic Black Beans* or Dakota's Pride Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup diced seedless cucumber
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Simply Nature Organic Asian Ginger Dressing
- 1 cup Simply Nature Organic Baby Spinach
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon ground Stonemill Sea Salt Grinder
- ¼ teaspoon ground Stonemill Peppercorn Grinder

Directions:
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
TIP: Salad can be made a day in advance. Wait to add the avocado until ready to serve.
