Parmesan Roasted Garbanzo Snacks

Ingredients:
- 2 15.5-ounce cans Dakota’s Pride Garbanzo Beans
- ½ cup Reggano Parmesan Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Stonemill Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Stonemill Oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground Stonemill Sea Salt Grinder
- 2 tablespoons Carlini Pure Olive Oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Drain and rinse garbanzo beans.
- Transfer to a dry kitchen towel or paper towels. Apply gentle pressure with the palms of your hands and roll the beans over the towel until skins loosen. Remove and discard skins.
- In a medium bow, combine all ingredients. Toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a parchment- lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Shake pan to rotate beans and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
