Cantaloupe Agua Fresca

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon  Baker’s Corner  Granulated Sugar, plus additional to taste
  • 2½ cups cold water

Directions:

  1. Combine cantaloupe, lime juice and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour mixture in a large pitcher and combine with water. If desired, strain the pulp.
  2. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
