Snack Dip Trio

Three different savory and sweet dips for the kids to enjoy as a snack or side.  

Spicy Chili Lime Cashew Dip

Prep Time:  10 minutes   |    Total Time:  10  minutes   |    Servings:  8 (2 tablespoons per serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup  Southern Grove  Chili Lime Cashews
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • Stonemill  Iodized Salt, to taste
  • Stonemill  Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, puree the cashews until smooth.  
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Tip:  Serve with bell peppers, grape tomatoes or exotic vegetable chips.

  

Avocado Arugula Dip

Prep Time:  10  minutes   |    Total Time:  10 minutes   |    Servings:  10 (2 tablespoons per serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups  SimplyNature  Organic Arugula
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon  Stonemill  Organic Cayenne (optional)  
  • 1/2 teaspoon  Stonemill  Ground Thyme *
  • 1/4 teaspoon  SimplyNature  Organic Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon  SimplyNature  Organic Ground Ginger
  • Stonemill  Iodized Salt, to taste
  • Stonemill  Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.  

Tip:  Serve with pretzel thins, baby carrots or cucumber slices.  

  

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Prep Time:  5 minutes   |    Total  Time:  5 minutes   |    Servings:  10 (2 tablespoons per serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup  Friendly Farms  Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yogurt  
  • 1/4 cup  SimplyNature  Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon  Specially Selected  Raw Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon  Stonemill  Organic Cinnamon
  • a pinch  Stonemill  Iodized Salt

Tip:  Serve with apple slices, mini bear grahams or celery sticks.
