Oatmeal Batter:
- 1 tablespoon Simply Nature Flax Seeds
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 cups Millville Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 teaspoons Stonemill Pure Vanilla

- 1 medium banana, mashed
- ¼ teaspoon Stonemill Iodized Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baker’s Corner Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Baker’s Corner Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon Specially Selected 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Simply Nature Creamy Almond Butter
- ½ teaspoon Stonemill Ground Cinnamon
Add-Ins:

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a small bowl, combine flax seeds and water; mix thoroughly. Let stand 5 minutes or until mixture reaches an "egg-like" consistency.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, including flax "egg." Blend until smooth.
- Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners. Scoop 2 tablespoons batter into each lined muffin tin. Add desired add-ins. Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
