Citrus Crusted Salmon

Tired of boring old fish? Spice up your salmon with this tasty citrus crust!

Prep Time:  0   |   Cook Time: 15 minutes   |   Total Time:  15 minutes   |   Servings:  6

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces  Sea Queen  Wild Caught Salmon Fillets, thawed
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 lime, zested
  • 1 teaspoon  Stonemill  Iodized Salt
  • 1 teaspoon  Stonemill  Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup  Chef's Cupboard  Plain Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon  Carlini  Pure Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Place salmon fillets on parchment-lined baking sheets.  
  3. In a medium bowl, combine crust ingredients of your choice.
  4. Divide evenly among fish fillets, press crust on top of fish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown and fish is flaky.
