Spicy Almond Crusted Salmon

Tired of boring old fish? Spice up your salmon with these this spicy almond crust!

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces    Sea Queen    Wild Caught Salmon Fillets, thawed
  • 6 ounces  Southern Grove  Slivered Almonds, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons  Stonemill Essentials  Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons  Stonemill Essentials  Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon  Stonemill Essentials  Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon  Stonemill Essentials  Iodized Salt
  • 1 teaspoon  Stonemill Essentials  Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup  Chef's Cupboard  Plain Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon  Carlini  Pure Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Place salmon fillets on parchment-lined baking sheets.    
  3. In a medium bowl, combine crust ingredients of your choice.
  4. Divide evenly among fish fillets, press crust on top of fish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown and fish is flaky.
