Spicy Almond Crusted Salmon
Tired of boring old fish? Spice up your salmon with these this spicy almond crust!

Ingredients:
- 16 ounces Sea Queen Wild Caught Salmon Fillets, thawed
- 6 ounces Southern Grove Slivered Almonds, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Stonemill Essentials Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Stonemill Essentials Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
- 1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Chef's Cupboard Plain Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Carlini Pure Olive Oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Place salmon fillets on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- In a medium bowl, combine crust ingredients of your choice.
- Divide evenly among fish fillets, press crust on top of fish.
- Bake for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown and fish is flaky.
